Free Standard Shipping!
When you complete check out your order is placed and begins processing for shipment immediately, if you want to cancel or change the order for any reason it might not be possible but we will do our best to cancel it for you and stay in contact with you to let you know the outcome. If we are successful in canceling your order you will receive a full refund that same day. If we are unable to cancel your order please receive it and contact us so we can give you a prepaid label to send it to us for refund. Please review shipment times for individual items we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, it may take 1 or 2 business days to process your order before it is shipped. Processing time for orders placed Friday-Sunday will likely begin the following Monday.

**Sourced items from the United States may take 5 to 14 business days for you to receive, Mainland China and other countries may take 14 to 35 days for you to receive. **

We believe it’s “Worth the Wait” for the value if an order needs 14 to 35 days to be received.   
We’re sorry we cannot offer Overnight, Next Day, Second Day, Priority, or any other premium shipping service at this time.
We’re sorry no shipping to PO Box / Military APO Shipping / Outside US - we only ship to address assigned to your payment method in the United States at this time. 
PLEASE NOTE: If your order value is $200 or higher, a signature may be required at the time of delivery to ensure a safe arrival for your order.
Refunds 
You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used. If the original form of payment is not an option, you will receive store credit. We begin processing returns as soon as they are delivered to us, but please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be appear on your bank statement. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but returns are free! You will not be charged for return shipping when returning items to us using our prepaid Return Label. 
Exchanges 
Need a different color, size, or style? Please follow the above guidelines and instructions on how to return an item from your order. Once you have completed your return, simply place an order for your replacement item.

        MargitsMarket accepts returns on products (for a refund, minus the cost of return shipping) within 30 days of delivery.* Please keep these guidelines in mind:
    1.    Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
    2.    To get your return label, simply click here to contact us and we’ll send you one right away.
    3.    If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos so we can take care of it (and let our vendors know).
    4.    Gift cards, monogrammed pieces, custom furniture, and perishable items (like pantry staples or wreaths) are not eligible for returns.

What if I've received a damaged item?


Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and any photos you can share of the damage—we’ll straighten this out right away!

Can I exchange my order?


If you receive an item that's defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'd be happy to send you a replacement—but we're otherwise unable to offer an exchange. Instead, we'd be happy to process a return for you. You'll then be able to place a new order for the product you'd prefer.

What should I do if my package was marked delivered but I never received it?


It could be that the package was lost by UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We suggest looking around to see if the driver might have dropped it off in an unusual spot. Sometimes packages are erroneously marked as delivered, so it's best to wait 24 hours to see if the package turns up.

If you still don't see it, just click here to contact us. As long as we hear from you within 30 days of the marked delivery date, we'll be able to replace or refund you for the item and file a claim with the carrier.

What if I've received the wrong product?


Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and follow “How do I start a Return?” as stated above, we will refund you for the item once it is received by us.

Can I cancel my order?


If you realize that you need to cancel your order, be sure to contact us as soon as possible—ideally within an hour of placing your order. This will help ensure that we're able to cancel the order for you, though we can't guarantee it.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed (meaning, it's with the warehouse and/or a shipping label has been created), we are no longer able to cancel the order. Occasionally this is the case even when the ship date is days away, since catching or pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse and studio staff's capacity. We're so sorry in advance for the inconvenience.

If you wind up in the latter position, you can still return the item for a refund. Just contact us as soon as you receive it (please let us know that you wanted to cancel but couldn't), and we'll set you up with a return label.

Can I change the address on my order?
        
If you notice that you've listed the incorrect address, be sure to contact us as soon as possible—ideally within an hour of placing your order. This will increase the chances that we're able to change the address for you, though we can't guarantee it.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed (meaning it's with the warehouse and/or a shipping label has been created), we are no longer able to change the address for you. Occasionally this is the case even when the ship date is days away, since catching and pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse or studio staff's capacity. We're so sorry in advance for the inconvenience.

If your package is shipping UPS, you can sign up for a UPS MyChoice account and reroute it to the correct address. You'll be able to do this as soon as you've received a shipping notification from us and the package is in transit.
